Walk down the Prinsestraat and is drawn in by the smell of freshly roasted coffee. Coffee roaster Boon is a small shop and specialty coffee roasting plant in one. In the shop there is a Giesen W15 roaster where coffee beans are roasted every morning by Lianne. This is done according to the slow roast method and in small batches. Unique aromas come out and you can taste that! Soft, creamy or rich and powerful. On the map are coffees from different countries, so there is something for everyone. In the burner, they like to tell you all about it.
