In the kitchen of Hielander, they prepare dishes that can sometimes sound strange. But the variation makes this place so much fun to eat out. Depending on the seasons, Wullie and Ramon prepare unique dishes on a daily basis. These depend on the seasonal offer. As far as the menu of Hierlander is concerned, you can think of self-smoked salmon, Scottish pâté with cumberland sauce, lamb bouts from the oven and traditional soup. To complete the evening you can taste fine wines or of course whisky with the dishes.
