Since 2014, this new station building has been decorating the city centre of Rotterdam. Construction lasted 9 years and cost 633 million euros. The renewal was needed to cope with the crowds. The station with the huge glass front gives you a beautiful view and is therefore a beautiful entrance to the city. In the 3,000 tonnes steel structure, all train stations are easy to enter, you will find the entrance to the metro and several shops.
