The cats are happily hopping around in this unique cat café where people with disabilities have a workplace and you can go with computer problems.
The Digibeet and Kattencafé (DB&K) at the Ritsevoort 20 in Alkmaar is open! Initiator and owner Doenja has 3 passions in her life: caring for animals, guiding people with disabilities and solving computer problems. That's why DB&K will be the new home for 10 stray cats. In addition, Doenja gives people with disabilities together with Stichting De Waerden a workplace in its café. Doenja also does its procurement where possible at companies that are part of Stichting De Waerden. Seniors and digibites who have problems with their laptop, mobile phone or tablet can also contact Doenja for advice, explanations and repairs.
