The ice cream is made from milk and cream butter and serves as a basis for various types of ice cream such as mocha and stracciatella. The fruit ice cream is made from fresh fruit, water and sugar. Enjoy the delicious ice cream of De Mient from the terrace. You have a nice view of the canals of Alkmaar, the bridge and historic buildings including the Waagtoren.
