The chefs bring the dishes to the table and tell the story behind the products and the preparation method. The dishes guide you in a smooth line from start to end of the evening. The drink master serves matching drinks with the dishes. Wine, beer, cider, mead and cocktails. All from the Netherlands, made from Dutch ingredients. There are also non-alcoholic options. Finally, they serve a warm extraction of native herbs and spices. No coffee. That does not grow in the Netherlands.
