Restaurant Zuyd opened on 6 October 2009 and is owned by the entrepreneur couple Stefan Dirkx and Wendy Dirkx-Michielsen. Zuyd is modern classically furnished and has a nice terrace in the summer months on which you can sit. In the semi-open kitchen, Stefan Dirkx, together with the kitchen brigade, processes the daily fresh ingredients into creative and refined dishes. Stefan has gained his extensive experience in various (star) business throughout the country. His style of cooking is basically French, but sees many worldly influences. From the amuse to the friandise with the coffee; everything is homemade and very presented. The menu changes according to season and every four weeks there is a new surprise menu. Let the chef surprise you with culinary delights, of course he likes to take into account any allergy or dietary wishes. The team of hostesses led by Wendy will provide a casual and relaxed atmosphere so that you can enjoy a culinary evening out.
