At Maison Blanche Dael you will find delicious, freshly roasted coffee, specialties and coffee accessories. Behind the shop in the Wolfstraat is the studio of Blanche Dael, or her workshop. Here you will find a small, almost 'secret' space where you can get acquainted with the assortment. They are happy to give you information about the intricacies of brewing coffee. You can also taste a different coffee every day and watch while they burn the coffee on the small roaster. Here the exclusive coffee is roasted in small batches.
