What's it like to be blind or visually impaired? You can discover that all by yourself at the MUZIEUM. After all, the MUZIEUM is a real museum of experience.

What makes a visit to MUZIEUM special is the combination of personal experience and personal encounter. Face to face with a guide who tells you from personal experience what it's like to see little or nothing, you'll temporarily go through life blind or visually impaired and be challenged to face various obstacles.

The MUZIEUM offers several expeditions:

Expedition in the dark: on vacation with your guide. Enjoying the narrow streets and history, you'll discover Paris's highlights by hearing, smelling and feeling. That's right: you see nothing at all. While you discover the city blindly, the guide talks about his life without sight, how he experiences the city and how he sees love.

Expedition in the dark: through the life of your guide It sounds so obvious: just pull out your favorite sweater, grab the tastiest peanut butter jar at the supermarket, or just head into town for a terrace. But what's that like for someone who doesn't see? Step into pitch darkness, meet your guide, and see for yourself.
