Abdij
In the old days, the authentic abbey was used as a monastery and the monks lived here. There is also a museum and office.
The abbey is located in the middle of the city. The property has 4 towers, several gates with a square in the middle. It has a beautiful, historical appearance. Since 1100 the monks settled in the abbey. From 1574 the abbey was renamed Hof van Zeeland, also known as the provincial administration centre of Zeeland.
